Two mischievous roommates have a peculiar habit: whenever a new tenant moves into their apartment building, they scare them away with fake ghost stories and supernatural pranks. Confident in their experience, the boys decide to frighten the newcomers just like everyone before them. But this time, nothing goes according to plan.
